Robo-Runners

Late last night I received an email from my wonderful editor at Hodder Children's Books containing some artwork for the Robo-Runners Books. A full colour cover (front and back) for Book One - The Tin Man - and some roughs for Book Two - Tunnel Racers.The artwork is being done by an excellent artist called Mark Oliver - and he is just brilliant at drawing robots. He puts lots little details on the characters making them really interesting to look at.I'm really excited about these books and can hardly wait to see them in libraries and shops. I think they are going to look great with very eye catching covers. Hopefully I'll be able to show some of the pictures on my website soon but I think I will have to wait until the final cover layouts have been sorted out.In the meantime I've got to finish books five and six as well as tweaking books three and four.
